Pacific Crisis Fundraiser

By now we’ve all seen the terrible images of the destruction in Japan. And perhaps there are some of us who have experienced it. Again, and in true SL fashion, people have banded together to raise much needed funds for disaster relief. The Pacific Crisis Fundraiser is taking place from March 16 to April 10. During this time, you will see special vendors in select shops. 100% of the proceeds generated from the items in these vendors will go directly to Unicef. There will also be a location to visit starting on March 16.

I`m wearing an item donated by bee Baroque, owner and creator behind justB…the Sleeveless Brocade top in Blush. All proceeds from the sale of this top, as well as the Cashmere Scoop Neck blouse in ivory and red that you can find in justB will be going to the Pacific Crisis Fundraiser. You can stop by now and pick these lovely items up. If you click on the fundraiser sign above the blouse vendors, you can grab an LM for the event location starting March 16. I`ve paired up the top with a sweet belt from fri.day, my favourite Luna`s Boutique leather miniskirt, and flats from Duh which I found in the Fashion for Life Hunt. There are hunt boxes around the sims which cost a nominal fee, with proceeds going to Relay for Life.

Ikon Innovia from Fashism dropped his new blue eyes on me and I love them! These are the Sunrise eyes in blue. You get five sizes in each pack and I find that the small size works best for me. Stunning eyes! My skin is my new favourite from Xaida, Heidi, pale. Hair is from Elikatira. And my sweet little brooch is something I picked up for free at the FFL event at Amaranthus. Poses are from my girls at Le Poppycock. Whoo, I`m all springy and cheery today: fashionable and charitable!
